All you can hear on-demand pay service Rhapsody has many pre-programmed radio stations and limited customization of stations. It will create personal stations based on your choice of up to 10 artists per station, playing those artists and “similar” ones.

Rhapsody is way more than Radio (although the radio portion of Rhapsody is pretty cool). It has a great built-in CD Burner, unlimited streaming of music, self-selection of artists/songs/albums/genres, buy songs if you want to own them and transfering subscription songs to MP3 players. It is a subscription service for full access so it's $9.99 per month but worth it if you love music and want easy access to millions of songs.
